Celebrity Chef Burgers
Beginning September 1, 2026, BRED Brand’s Cambridge location, “BRED BAR” is launching a monthly Chef Burger Series that brings together some of Boston’s most respected chefs, original limited-edition burgers and a different local charitabl cause each month.
Running through the end of 2026, the series will invite a different Boston-area chef to collaborate with Chef Tambo Barrow to create an original burger for BRED BAR’s menu. Twenty percent of sales from each featured burger will be donated directly to a charity selected by that month’s chef.
The series begins with Chef Ryan Skeen of The Beehive and his Croque Monsieur Burger, layered with bacon, Gruyère, Mornay sauce and a fried egg on a brioche bun. Twenty percent of September sales will benefit The Greater Boston Food Bank Food Bank. With September recognized as Hunger Action Month, the collaboration offers an especially timely opportunity to support the organization’s work addressing food insecurity throughout Eastern Massachusetts.
The Chef Burger Series builds on BRED BAR’s reputation for bold, chef-driven burgers while using each monthly collaboration to introduce guests to a new culinary voice and generate meaningful support for the community.
The Croque Monsieur Burger will be available throughout September exclusively at BRED BAR in Cambridge. Additional participating chefs, burgers and charitable partners will be announced monthly through December.
