BRED started in 2015 with a simple but bold idea that food could tell a story. Born to a Trinidadian mother and Bajan father, Chef Tambo Barrow grew up surrounded by flavors that carried the rhythm of family, culture, and love.

What began as a self-taught chef walking away from the corporate grind turned into a culinary journey that’s still unfolding. The menu was first built on the foundation of those Caribbean flavors, but has evolved through years of traveling, tasting, and gathering inspiration from kitchens and street corners across the world.

At BRED, every smoked burger, every cocktail, every plate is more than just food; it’s a reflection of heritage, a passport of experiences, and a reminder that passion has the power to create something unforgettable. Our kitchen is fueled by maple and hickory smoke, layering every bite with depth, warmth, and soul.

BRED itself is like live art constantly growing, shifting, and evolving, shaped by culture, creativity, and the people who walk through our doors.

For our guests, the experience is just as important as the food. From the moment you walk in, it’s about feeling the energy, the culture, and the love that make BRED more than a restaurant. It’s a place to connect, celebrate, and belong.

With Love,

Tambo
